Hands-on role installing and styling our staged homes across the Bay Area. You'll turn empty and lived-in houses into market-ready spaces buyers fall for.
What you'll do
- Install and de-stage furniture, art, and decor to the design plan
- Style rooms with an eye for balance, light, and flow
- Handle light items only — art, decor, pillows, and accessories (our movers take care of furniture and anything heavy)
- Work efficiently to hit listing-photo deadlines
What we're looking for
- A strong eye for design and detail
- Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs and be on your feet
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Weekend and flexible availability
- Staging, interior design, or set-styling experience a plus
- Sales skills strongly preferred — stagers who also bring in business are compensated separately for that work, on top of their staging pay, as a Sales & Business Development contributor
Warehouse ManagerOn-call / Gig · South San Francisco · as needed
Own our South San Francisco warehouse and the inventory that makes every stage happen — furniture, decor, and logistics running like clockwork.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize our furniture and decor inventory
- Prep and coordinate loads for daily staging installs
- Track stock, condition, and reorders; keep the floor spotless
- Schedule and supervise movers and install crews
- Handle receiving, logistics, and vendor deliveries
What we're looking for
- Warehouse, inventory, or operations experience
- Highly organized with strong logistics instincts
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license; forklift experience a plus
- Leadership experience managing a small crew
Furniture AssemblerOn-call / Gig · South San Francisco · as needed
Build the pieces that make our homes shine. You'll assemble furniture and decor at our South San Francisco warehouse so every item is install-ready.
What you'll do
- Assemble beds, sofas, dining and coffee tables, console tables, sideboards, study desks, shelving, and decor from instructions
- Prep and quality-check finished pieces for upcoming installs
- Repair and touch up furniture returning from staged homes
- Keep tools, hardware, and the assembly area organized
What we're looking for
- Handy and comfortable with power and hand tools
- Experience assembling flat-pack or ready-to-assemble furniture
- Detail-oriented, careful, and reliable
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver's license a plus
Sales & Business DevelopmentPart-time · Commission · Bay Area
Bring in the business. You'll build relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and sellers across the Bay Area and turn them into staging clients.
What you'll do
- Build and nurture relationships with agents, brokerages, and sellers
- Generate, follow up on, and close leads and quote requests
- Pitch our staging, cleaning, and pre-sale prep services
- Grow the Partner Agent Program
- Represent Feather & Pine at open houses and networking events
What we're looking for
- Proven sales or business-development experience (real estate or home services a plus)
- A great communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-starter comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
